What to do after your reservation

Let us know as soon as possible your:

Flight information, date, time, and airline, so we can be ready to make this vacation an unforgettable one. Your key should be picked up no later then 2 HOURS after your arrival to the international airport. By taxi you are only about 20 minutes away.

If your flight is delayed or arrives in the middle of the night please call us from the airport before you come to pick up the apartment key at:

The first child up to 12 years of age is free each additional child pays the regular adult price. A deposit is required for the reservation of an apartment of $300. This deposit can be transferred via ebanking www.mcb-bank.com or western union www.westernunion.nl
Once a week there will be a complete cleaning of the apartment. (bed linens and all towels).

Coin laundry machines are also available for our guests. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Exceptions are possible. Payment in full should be received no later then two days after check-in date. An ATM is located at the supermarket across the street. No traveler checks or credit cards.
Payments upon arrival in Cash only.
Check-out time is 12.00pm or later if possible.

Air Conditioning use of 12 KW (7-9 hrs) per day is included in our rates. Additional usage is charged separately. There will be no deduction for non use of A.C.

All prices listed are based on 7 or more nights, check out after 1 will count as additional night.

Onze prijzen zijn per appartement en NIET per persoon. Er wordt echter een onderscheid gemaakt ten aanzien van het aantal personen die gebruik maken van een appartement. Bij het gebruik door meerdere personen loopt de prijs op.

Our prices are per apartment and NOT per person. There is a difference in our prices per apartment based on the quantity of persons that make use of them. When there are more persons in an apartment, the price of the apartment increases.

Our apartments work on a first come first serve basis, so for a definite reservation it is recommended to send us a deposit of $ 300.00 or Ang 525.00 so we can reserve your apartment.

Without this payment NO apartment will be reserved.

Once the deposit has been transferred via Western Union, please let us know the transfer number and the full name of the person that made the transfer, so we can pick up your deposit here in Curacao. Once the money has been picket up we will e-mail or call you to let you know that you are definitely booked.
