We are centrally located: About 5 minutes from the island's most famous
Seaquarium beach and National Underwater Park where feeding the lemon and nurse
sharks and playing with stingrays is certainly an unforgettable experience !!!
We are located only about 5 minutes from downtown shopping area. Transportation
from and to the international airport and Seaquarium beach could be arranged by
us if necessary. Our towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach in case of
tanning oils, so please bring your own !!! |

Our apartments and garden are very well maintained,
this is a small complex so personal service is to your advantage. We will treat
you like a KING !!! Sorry animals are not allowed on the premises. |

Description
There are eleven apartments and each apartment is about 150 square
feet. The interior consists of a split living / dining room with kitchen.
Each living room has a ceiling fan, TV, radio and sleep sofa. The bedroom,
bathroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Every kitchen is fully equipped
with utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove and a
large refrigerator. Microwave and microwave dishes are available upon request
for a small fee. Every apartment has a private patio with table and chairs. |

We also have a tropical garden were you can sit back, relax and have a
drink under the banana and palm trees. There are umbrellas, tables and chairs
and a barbeque for everyone to use free of charge. |

The neighborhood is very safe with several great restaurants
within walking distance. |
|
Prices
Daily contribution will be $52.-- + 5% tax per day for
the first person and $12.-- + 5% tax for each additional person per day to a maximum of 4 people per
apartment. The first child up to 12 years of age is free each additional
child pays the regular adult price. A deposit is required upon
arrival of $150 in cash. Once a week there will be a complete cleaning
of the apartment. They
will clean the apartment totally. Coin laundry machines are also available.
Minimum stay will be 7 nights. Exceptions are possible. Payment in
full should
be received no later then two days after check-in date. No traveler
checks or credit cards. Cash only please.
Check-out is 12.00pm or later if possible.

DEPOSIT
Our apartments work on a first come first serve basis, so for a definite
reservation it is recommended to send us a deposit for $ 150.00 so we can
reserve your apartment. Without this payment no apartment will be reserved.

What
to do after your reservation
Let us know as soon as possible your: Flight information, date, time, and
airline, so we can be ready to make this vacation an unforgettable one. Your key
should be picked up no later then 2 HOURS after your arrival to the
international airport. By taxi you are only about 20 minutes away. If your
flight is delayed or arrives in the middle of the night please call us from the
airport before you come to pick up the apartment key at 465-4641 or 560-3659.
